Contact us and we'll set up an appointment to discuss your floor plan, layout and the necessary details. We'll discover exactly what you want and what your needs are--for example, is it a basic pipe and drape show, or a bigger event? We send you an exhibitor kit, and then our team handles the remaining details. That's why we are a complete full-service exhibition and trade show company.

What are my options when it comes to colors?
We offer a variety of color options to suit your palette. You will be able to choose from different color options for pipe and drape, and we can accommodate requests for coordinating table skirts along with a variety of carpet colors.

Do you offer special packages and, if so, how do they differ?
We offer several standard booth packages, and we can customize any package you select. A consultation with our representatives will address all your questions and the details of your event. We will be happy to discuss pricing when you contact us.
Is there a regional limitation to your services?
While we are located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the regional trade shows and events we can help you with are not geographically limited to East Tennessee by any means. We welcome a conversation with you to price handling your event. We work in the Southeast, including North Carolina and South Carolina.
Is there a minimum or maximum size for an event you will handle?
We handle all sizes of events, from small to large venues, and we are happy to help with every facet of your function. Among the events we handle are: Special occasions, including weddings and anniversary parties; any type show, including food, home and garden, medical; fairs and festivals; exhibits; launches; conferences; roadshows; and sales meetings.
